On Sept. 26, 2023, Ergotrics acquired a new U.S. patent from WIPO.
Ergotrics proudly announces the acquisition of a new U.S. patent for their Morphemat, granted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Across the globe, WIPO empowers entrepreneurs, inventors and creators to utilize intellectual property (IP) for augmenting product value, fostering business expansion, generating employment and driving economic development. This recent U.S. patent serves as a reaffirmation of the European design patent that was previously granted for Ergotrics’ latest product: Morphemat.
Ergotrics credits this achievement to their effective collaboration with the renowned patent agency EP&C, which boasts a branch office in Turnhout. Inge Bruynooghe, CEO of Ergotrics, expressed her enthusiasm, emphasizing, “This acknowledgment marks a significant milestone in our mission to establish a strong patent portfolio in safe patient positioning. We hold it in high regard.”
This is yet another patent added to Ergotrics’ series of innovations, securing exclusive rights to them!
