Miniwedge
The inflatable wedge for Gynecological and Maternity procedures

Benefits of the Wedgeroll / Miniwedge

The inflatable wedge for stable tilting of pelvic and Supine Hypotensive Syndrome

The inflatable wedge provides comfortable, safe and optimal positioning for the patient or pregnant mother.

The Mini-Wedge is an inflatable wedge-shaped cushion that is placed under the patient. When the patient needs (re)positioning, the Mini-Wedge is partially or fully inflated using compressed air, which will lift the patient in the desired position.

Because of the additional flap on the Mini-Wedge, the inflatable will not slide away when inflated and positioned on the side of the patient. Thanks to the wedge shape and easy deflation/inflation valve, The Mini-Wedge provides optimal positioning for a wide range of gynecological applications, such as Pelvic tilt and supine hypotensive syndrome.

Interposition graft for popliteal aneurysm is favorable in prone position. The Inflatable Prone Support (IPS) and Inflatable Board (IBO) make proning and the prone position possible even for patients with high BMI and large abdominal circumference. We can now easily reposition the patient alone. Before we needed two, sometimes three nurses.  The advantage of the Morphemat for the patient? Its back is supported from neck to legs and not at two points.  See our video testimonial
