IAP measurements with the use of the IPS system

Dr. Frank van Eijs, anaesthetist at the ETZ Tilburg is conducting a study to measure the IAP when using the IPS system. Objective is to assess the change in Intra-Abdominal Pressure (IAP), measured via urinary catheter, when using the IPS to position a patient in the prone position.

IAP-meting bij gebruik van het IPS-systeem

Dr. Frank van Eijs, anesthesist in het ETZ Tilburg heeft een studie bij METC ingediend om de IAP te meten bij het gebruik van het IPS-systeem. Doelstelling is om de verandering in Intra-Abdominale Druk (IAP) te beoordelen, gemeten via urinekatheter, bij gebruik van de IPS voor het positioneren van een patiënt in buikligging.
